Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Civil and Structural (C&S) Engineer based in Klang Valley. The Senior C&S Engineer will lead the design and analysis of civil and structural engineering projects, oversee project management, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include supervising engineering teams, preparing detailed design and technical documents, conducting site inspections, and liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Candidates will also be expected to lead the review of engineering drawings and provide technical solutions for project challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering principles, including design and analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other structural design software such as STAAD, ETABS, or ESTEEM.
• Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; professional certification or registration (e.g., PE, CEng) is an advantage.
• Experience in geotechnical engineering and soil-structure interaction is beneficial.
