Full Time Content Creator - Multimedia Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in MINES Excellence Golf Resort Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a creative and proactive individual to produce engaging content, design promotional materials and provide audio visual support for club events.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media — 60%

• Manage the club’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Plan a monthly content calendar and create engaging captions, photographs, reels and videos.
• Proactively capture golf course maintenance activities, tournaments, F&B promotions, membership offers and club events.
• Handle photography, filming and video editing for promotional content and event highlights.
• Work with departments to identify fresh content and keep information accurate and up to date.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and refer enquiries to the relevant departments.
• Ensure content follows the club’s branding and receives approval before publication.

Graphic Design & Promotional Materials — 30%

• Design posters, banners, brochures, menus, digital advertisements and event publicity materials.
• Adapt artwork for social media, digital displays and print.
• Maintain consistent branding across all designs.
• Coordinate with departments, printers and suppliers to deliver accurate materials on time.

Audio Visual & Event Support — 10%

• Assist with setting up and operating microphones, speakers, sound systems, projectors and presentation equipment.
• Coordinate with external AV vendors when specialist support is required.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media or multimedia production.
• Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Good photography, videography and caption-writing skills.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok content formats and trends.
• Basic knowledge of audio visual equipment and event setup.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Willing to work outdoors and support events during weekends, public holidays or evenings when required.
• Experience in a golf club, hotel, resort or events environment is an advantage.
