Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
Arrange and monitor local deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters and warehouse teams on shipment arrangements.
Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery orders and logistics records.
Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on delivery delays or discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel on stock movements, inventory accuracy and order fulfilment.
Assist in inventory management, stock reconciliation and periodic stock-taking exercises.
Handle logistics-related enquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant shipping and logistics regulations.
Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain coordination is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, responsible and a good team player.
