Relevant experience in sales and team management.

Strong communication, negotiation and customer development skills.

Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently while guiding team members.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Willing to conduct customer visits.

Experience in FMCG, distribution or wholesale is an advantage.

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve team sales targets.

Manage the assigned sales team, plan customer visit routes and set work targets.

Monitor team members’ sales performance and provide training, guidance and support during customer visits.

Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

Follow up on customer orders, payments and credit terms, coordinating with the finance team on overdue accounts.

Coordinate with relevant departments on deliveries, returns and customer issues.

Gather market insights and report team performance and sales progress to the Sales Manager.
