Full Time Senior Executive, Programme Management - Operations [Uni] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,600 in SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.45pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.15pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $4,900 per month
• Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and administer courses, including schedules, registrations, fee payments, venues, course materials, evaluations, certificates and related logistics.
• Coordinate faculty appointments, approvals, agreements, payments and requests.
• Manage examination processes, including preparation of exam packages, printing of scripts, marks entry, moderation and mark lists.
• Liaise with students and attend to programme-related enquiries and requests.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for weekday and weekend face-to-face classes, as well as hybrid and online classes.
• Support programme operations, including invoice payments, budget and expenditure tracking, and collation of statistics and information for school accreditation.
• Provide operational and administrative support for overseas study programmes and other related activities.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in the education sector is a plus.
• Comfortable to work on weekends when necessary.
