Full Time Retail Sales - Growth Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,200 in LVL Music Academy Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Full-Time | 5-day work week including weekends

We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven and creative individual who enjoys engaging customers, selling quality products and contributing to business growth.

This role goes beyond traditional retail sales. You will be responsible for driving revenue, engaging customers, creating social media content, managing products and identifying new business opportunities to help LVL Music grow.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales & Customer Engagement

• Engage walk-in customers, recommend suitable instruments and accessories, and close sales.
• Upsell products, follow up with enquiries and build strong customer relationships.
• Convert music lesson enquiries into trial bookings and student enrolments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Plan, film, edit and publish engaging videos and photos across our social media platforms.
• Coordinate with music teachers to create instrument demonstrations and promotional content.
• Develop creative ideas to promote products, generate enquiries and increase sales.

Product Management & Business Growth

• Monitor product performance, customer demand and sales trends.
• Recommend new products, brands and restocking opportunities.
• Research competitors and identify opportunities to expand our product range.
• Suggest promotions, product bundles and strategies to increase sales.

Website, Inventory & Showroom

• Photograph products and create or update website listings.
• Check physical stock, monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment needs.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organised product displays.
• Assist with receiving stock and basic instrument services, such as changing violin strings.

Who We Are Looking For

• Sales-driven, confident and comfortable closing deals.
• Creative and capable of producing engaging social media content.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Organised and willing to handle hands-on retail duties.
• Comfortable using computers, social media and basic digital tools.
• Retail sales, e-commerce or content creation experience is an advantage.
• Ability to play the violin, cello or another musical instrument is a strong advantage, especially for product demonstrations.
• Music knowledge is helpful, but training will be provided.

Working Schedule

• Full-time, 5-day work week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Two rest days per week, on weekdays.
