About the Role – Service Advisor Supervisor

Join our ZEEKR | Preeminent Auto Aftersales team as a Service Advisor Supervisor, you will be responsible for oversee service advisor activities and ensure smooth daily service operations.

You will be responsible for supervising the service team, coordinating with technicians and the parts department, monitoring service performance, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with ZEEKR brand standards.

Key Resposibilities

• Supervise and mentor service advisors to provide professional customer service.
• Ensure accurate service bookings, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate between customers, technicians, and parts team for smooth workflow.
• Monitor service KPIs such as turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and dealership policies.
• Prepare reports on service performance, customer feedback, and advisor productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Automotive, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in automotive service advisory or supervisory role.
• Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of EV service procedures and automotive workflow preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer experience.
