Job Description

Responsibilities

About Us

The O&G Specialist Clinic is a leading women’s health and fertility clinic in Singapore, known for our patient-centred, evidence-based approach to care. Our experienced team, led by seasoned specialists, provides compassionate support across every stage of a woman’s reproductive journey — from general gynaecology to IVF, egg freezing, and pregnancy care.

As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we are looking for a Marketing Intern who is creative, enthusiastic, and keen to gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing.

Your Role

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, and bringing ideas to life. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead and management team to support marketing initiatives that increase awareness, drive patient engagement, and strengthen our brand presence across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • Support content creation, including photography, videography, and basic graphic design.

  • Assist in organising patient outreach events, health talks, and partnership activities.

  • Work with clinical teams to develop accessible and engaging healthcare content.

  • Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Support day-to-day marketing activities and other ad hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.

  • Comfortable using social media platforms and basic design tools such as Canva or CapCut.

  • Good communication and organisational skills.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a lean, agile team.

  • Interest in fertility and women’s health is a plus.

  • Open to students, fresh graduates, and applicants without prior experience.
