We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer accounts within the consumer healthcare business.

This is a key commercial role for someone who enjoys building strong customer partnerships, developing winning account strategies and turning sales and market insights into business growth.

You will work closely with major customers, including chain pharmacies, while collaborating with internal teams to strengthen product presence, execute effective trade promotions and deliver profitable, sustainable growth.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute customer strategies, sales plans and go-to-market initiatives to achieve business targets.
• Manage key customer accounts and build strong, long-term business relationships.
• Lead commercial negotiations and conduct quarterly business reviews with customers.
• Manage sales projections, demand forecasts and inventory levels to support sales growth and profitability.
• Plan and manage A&P trade funds and TTA investments, ensuring effective utilization and measurable returns.
• Develop and execute trade promotions for chain pharmacies and evaluate promotional effectiveness and ROI.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive new product listings and expand product presence across relevant trade channels.
• Provide market and category insights with clear recommendations to support commercial decisions.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other internal teams to deliver customer plans.
• Support formulary listings through customer engagement and market intelligence.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 3 to 5 years of Key Account Management experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, FMCG or a related industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
• Strong experience managing key customers, preferably chain pharmacies or major retail accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales analysis, forecasting, trade investment and promotional planning.
• Confident in customer negotiation and building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
