Full Time Project Lead (2 Years Contract) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Idaman Putrajaya Federal Territory - Maukerja

The scope for a Project Lead encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and skills that are essential for guiding a project from its planning stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities;

• Project Planning: Collaborating with hotel operation and Chief engineer to develop a comprehensive project plan that includes project scope, timeline, budget, contracting strategies and resource. The information shall derive from existing previous project, previous project from Owner work packaged.
• Team Management: Assigning tasks and ensuring team of members work effectively together.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, safety, public safety, operation risk and blockers to a project, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Communication: Keeping all relevant parties especially hotel operation informed about project progress, challenges, and successes.
• Tendering Process: Compliance with owner tendering process beginning of preparing tender document, document for bids, approve vendor / contractor, site inspection, Tender evaluation, tender clarification and proposed tender award.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Including progress of work inspection, liaise with chief engineer to work acceptable to ensured technical issued has been capture and execute.
• Resource Management: Managing resources to keep projects moving forward.
• Handover process : Responsible for proper handover from Contractor / Vendor for Hotel Operation until defect liability period over.

Job Scope;

Building Service include and not limited for Architectural , Landscaping, Civil Structural, Interior design, Kitchen Specialist, ICT ( PA, Security System, Internet network), Mechanical service, electrical services, Pools & recreational , AV System, Natural Gas and Fire Life Safety.

Minimum experience:

Five (5) years with project and specific with an experience involved projects.

Additional experience : Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
