Quantity Surveyor (Internship) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 400 in The Glamvicy Selangor - Maukerja

• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates for residential and commercial interior design and renovation projects.
• Support the team in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), quotations, and tender documents.
• Assist in sourcing materials and obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Help compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in monitoring project costs, budgets, and material requirements.

Core Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of construction materials, measurements, and costing.
• Willingness to learn and gain practical experience.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with quantity take-offs, BQ preparation, or cost estimation is an advantage.
• Basic ability to read and understand construction or technical drawings.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to project requirements.

Pay: RM300.00 - RM400.00 per month
