Job Description
We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to manage our online sales operations across multiple platforms and ensure orders are processed smoothly and customers are well served.

Responsibilities

• Upload and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, stock) on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and the company website
• Process online orders and coordinate packing and courier pickup
• Monitor and update inventory across all platforms
• Respond to customer chats, enquiries and reviews promptly
• Handle returns, refunds and order issues
• Set up and monitor promotions, vouchers and campaigns
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and order reports
• Coordinate with the store, warehouse and marketing teams

Requirements

• SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any field (Business, Marketing or related field preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or online selling (fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply)
• Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop and/or Lazada seller centres
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work in shifts, including the PM shift ending at 12:00 am

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
