• Drive global sales growth, profit, and market share across assigned Distributor and EMS accounts
• Develop and manage strong relationships with distribution and EMS partners to identify new market opportunities and secure design-in wins
• Lead RFQ processes, pricing negotiations, and follow up on global purchase opportunities
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to secure critical deliveries and prevent customer line stoppages
• Provide frontline commercial and technical support for enquiries, samples, project evaluations, and claims
• Prepare accurate budget plans, monthly forecasts, and periodic business reviews while monitoring market trends

skills and experience required

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a closely related field
• Min 7 years of relevant experience in electronic components distribution, EMS sales/business development, or procurement within an EMS/OEM environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in the Distributor and EMS sectors
• Strong existing network with EMS, OEM, distributor, and supply chain contacts.
• Solid technical understanding of electronic components and semiconductors.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing complex customer expectations under pressure
• Willingness to travel as required to support business objectives
