Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients, suppliers and regulatory bodies
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress to make timely adjustments for successful outcomes
Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards by developing and implementing quality control measures and procedures
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to senior management
Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and provide regular status reports to key stakeholders
Job Requirements
Diploma in any field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry
Deep knowledge and network in the semiconductor, life sciences or medical market
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent collaborator who can influence and create executive interest in the company’s solutions to drive local and regional growth
Self-driven and results-oriented, with excellent presentation, planning and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
