Full Time Site Reliability Engineering - Digital Asset Trading Jobs, in Radley James - Maukerja

A well-established digital asset trading and technology firm operating at the intersection of finance, technology and crypto is expanding its Core SRE team in Singapore. The firm provides institutional-grade liquidity solutions, OTC trading and market infrastructure, connecting digital assets to global markets.

As a Core SRE, you’ll be responsible for the reliability, performance and scalability of a global high-frequency trading platform. Working closely with Engineering, Trading and Data teams, you’ll maintain critical infrastructure, automate operations and optimise systems for ultra-low latency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimising bare-metal, cloud and network infrastructure.
• Developing and maintaining Kubernetes operators and containerised workloads.
• Enhancing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation and observability.
• Supporting incident management and driving improvements in system reliability, security and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience, ideally within traditional finance (TradFi) or digital assets.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, bare-metal infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and network administration.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible and infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as FluxCD and GitHub Actions, alongside scripting in Python, Go or Rust.
