Responsibilities:

Business Development & Operations

·       Develop and execute strategies to expand the vending business through new site acquisition and business opportunities.

·       Drive revenue growth and achieve sales and profitability targets for the vending business segment.

·       Identify and secure strategic vending machine placement locations through market analysis and customer engagement.

·       Monitor vending machine performance, sales trends, and product mix to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.

·       Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, and operational budgets.

·       Maintain strong relationships with landlords, property management companies, corporate clients, educational institutions, and other business partners.

·       Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

·       Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and successful promotional campaigns.

·       Oversee route planning, replenishment schedules, and service standards to ensure machines are fully stocked and operational.

·       Review business performance regularly and implement improvement initiatives to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

People Management

·       Lead and manage the vending operations and sales team.

·       Set performance targets and KPIs for team members.

·       Coach, mentor, and develop staff to improve productivity and service quality.

·       Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans.

·       Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer service, operational excellence, and business growth.

Skills & Qualifications

·       Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related discipline.

·       Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, retail, FMCG, vending, convenience retail, or related business sectors.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role.

·       Strong business acumen with proven experience in revenue growth and business expansion.

·       Experience in managing multi-site operations, vending, retail, or route-based business operations will be an added advantage.

·       Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.

·       Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and operational data to drive business decisions.

·       Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
