We deliver New Build Projects, A&ARetrofitting, and Service & Maintenance, with a project portfolio spanningairport, government, hospitality, commercial, industrial and residentialdevelopments.

We are BCA-registeredunder ME01 Air-Con, Refrigeration & Ventilation (L6), ME05 ElectricalEngineering (L5) and ME15 Integrated Building Services (L6). We are alsocertified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and bizSAFE STAR.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing electrical installation works for New Build, A&A and maintenance projects
2. Supervise site works, subcontractors and workers to ensure work quality, schedule and safety compliance
3. Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and clients on site matters, shop drawings and material submissions
4. Monitor site progress and prepare progress reports
5. Assist in testing and commissioning, and prepare handover documentation
6. Support the preparation of progress claims and variation orders
7. Ensure compliance with WSH requirements and the company’s ISO management systems

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Experience in electrical installation projects is an advantage
4. Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate is an advantage
5. Able to read engineering drawings and specifications
6. Good coordination and communication skills
7. Able to support site activities outside office hours from time to time, in line with project schedules

What We Offer

• 5-day work week,Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• 14 days annual leave,increasing by 1 day per year from the 3rd year of service, up to a maximum of18 days
• Annual Wage Supplement(AWS) of 1 month, pro-rated
• Outpatient medicalclaims of up to $50 per MC (upon confirmation)
• Annual health screeningof up to $250 (upon confirmation and completion of 1 year of service)
