Job Summary
You will manage phone communications and schedule appointments efficiently to support therapists and ensure smooth client service.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls promptly to assist clients and gather appointment details
Schedule and coordinate appointments for therapists to optimize daily workflow
Use Excel to accurately record and update appointment schedules for tracking and reporting purposes
