About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Administrative Executive to perform a variety of administrative and finance support tasks. You will provide support to our Finance team, assist with daily office operations, and help manage the company's general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office documents and information, including organising, filing, archiving, and retrieving documents.

• Assist with finance-related matters, including filing, bookkeeping, and maintaining receipts and supporting documents.

• Perform data entry and data organisation, and assist with basic data analysis.

• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external parties on administrative-related matters.

• Prepare administrative reports, summaries, statistics, and other relevant documents.

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
