Job description:

• Report all incidents and breakdowns of electrical equipment to M&E Manager and to attend and solve electrical problems together with other Chargeman & Electrical Technician.
• Assist the M&E Manager in the planning and carrying out of all preventive Maintenance and routine job.
• To inspect and monitor HT and LV room, switchgear, bus ducts, transformer, and TNB supply.
• Establish and review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all electrical operation needs and requirements for Mechanical & Electrical Works
• Performance monitoring and continuous improvement of the Mall electrical equipment, and system towards achieving low operational cost and reliability
• To assist maintenance work when necessary as such as:

Air Conditioning System

Plumbing System

Fire Protection System

LPG System

Water Supply System

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Chargeman BO 11 KV certificate of competency from Energy Commission (EC).
• Preferably 3 years’ experience in building maintenance services/facilities management services in shopping mall operations.
• Hands-on experience, good responsibility, and self-discipline
• Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good communication and leadership skills at every level of the organisation.
• Comfortable to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
