Jobs Responsibilities

• Conduct AML/KYC name screening for Wealth Management clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review and investigate screening alerts, adverse media matches and potential risk indicators, assessing materiality and determining appropriate risk classifications.
• Perform client risk assessments and risk scoring, identifying potential financial crime concerns and escalating complex or high-risk cases.
• Liaise with Front Office, Compliance, Legal and Client Onboarding teams to resolve screening discrepancies and facilitate timely client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate client screening records, documentation and static data, ensuring proper recordkeeping, confidentiality and data integrity.
• Support operational risk controls, management reporting and process improvements, including incident escalation, compliance reviews and updates to screening procedures.

Job Requirements

• Min. 3 years of name screening experience
