Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, licenses, and asset assignments.
• Monitor IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with company policies and software licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with IT, procurement, finance, and vendors regarding asset purchases, replacements, and returns.
• Conduct regular asset audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare asset management reports and identify opportunities to optimize asset utilization and costs.
• Support IT asset management tools, systems, and related processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT asset management, IT inventory, or IT support.
• Experience managing IT hardware, software licenses, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools, CMDB, and inventory tracking systems.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and software license compliance is an advantage.
