Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition for Insight Genesis – IGAi. This position designs and executes recruiting strategies, sources and screens candidates across technical and non-technical roles, and manages the interview and selection process in close partnership with hiring managers. The recruiter will build and maintain diverse talent pipelines, conduct competency-based interviews, coordinate offers and negotiations, and ensure an inclusive candidate experience aligned with company values. Day-to-day activities also include using data and analytics to refine hiring processes, collaborating with HR on onboarding and workforce planning, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent globally.

• Experience with HR tools and technologies such as ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and data-driven recruitment methods.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a remote, distributed work environment.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use insights to improve hiring processes and talent strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience in senior or lead recruiting roles, preferably in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
