Legal Recruitment Consultant (Remote, anywhere in Malaysia)

Legal Search Group is a boutique legal recruitment firm working with private practice law firms across Australia. We hold Australia's largest private practice legal database, with 80,000+ lawyers from graduate to partner level, and we've built our own world-class CRM and ATS in-house.

Most of our business runs on reverse marketing: we market strong candidates who are open to a move to the firms who want them, rather than waiting on job orders.

The role A full 360 desk covering business development, candidate management, reverse marketing and placements across private practice legal mandates. You'll work Australian business hours remotely, so expect an early start.

What you need

• At least 4 years of recent 360 experience at a recruitment agency. This is a must.
• 360 recruitment experience in professional services. This is a must.
• In-house talent acquisition experience is not what we're looking for.
• You don't need legal recruitment experience. Full training is provided.
• Availability to start immediately. We have active orders ready to work.
• A phone-first, hungry, commission-driven approach.
• The ability to work autonomously from anywhere in Malaysia.
