Key Duties & Responsibilities
Daily Operations
Direct and assign tasks to crews and subcontractors. *************
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. *************
Maintain daily site logs including crew counts, completed work, and issues. *************
Safety & Compliance
Conduct morning toolbox talks or safety meetings. *************
Enforce PPE use and site safety rules; issue warnings or stop‑work notices when needed. *************
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. *************
Quality Control
Perform site walkthroughs and inspections to verify workmanship and code compliance. *************

Material & Resource Management
Monitor inventory and coordinate material deliveries. *************
Manage procurement of construction materials. *************
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and project managers. *************

U.S. salary range: approximately 58K–95K USD for site supervisors; 72K–105K USD for broader site supervisor roles. *************
