Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.

Relevant experience in renovation or construction.

Able to read drawings and proficient in Excel.

Prepare quotations, BQ, costing and variation orders.

Check subcontractor claims and prepare client progress claims.

Source materials, compare supplier prices and negotiate terms.

Issue purchase orders and coordinate deliveries to site.

Track project costs, purchases and material usage.

Work closely with designers, suppliers and the site team.
