What You'll Be Driving

• Own the Numbers: Lead group financial reporting, consolidation, accounting policies and balance sheet integrity across multiple entities.
• Think Beyond Finance: Strengthen financial risk oversight, internal controls and governance, identifying potential exposures before they become bigger issues.
• Navigate Regulatory Complexity: Lead tax strategy and compliance, while engaging confidently with auditors, regulators and key stakeholders.
• Steer Capital & Liquidity: Oversee treasury, cash flow, financial assets and capital stewardship to support sound strategic decisions.
• Influence at the Top: Partner with the CFO, Board and senior leadership on complex financial judgments, emerging risks and business-critical decisions.
• Build for the Future: Lead and develop high-performing teams across accounting, tax and treasury.

You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have

• A recognised professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (CPA, ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent).
• A strong foundation in Big 4 audit, technical accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience across banking, financial services, technology or other complex, regulated environments.
• Exposure to enterprise risk management, financial risk, regulatory governance or group-wide risk oversight.
• Regional or international experience navigating different regulatory frameworks and multiple entities.
• Familiarity with corporate finance, investments, treasury, liquidity or capital management.
• The confidence to challenge assumptions, exercise sound judgment and influence senior stakeholders.
