PLACEMENT : PROJECT KEMENTERIAN PERDAGANGAN DALAM NEGERI DAN KOS SARA HIDUP, LOT2G3, PRESINT 2, PUTRAJAYA

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:

• SKM Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Building Maintenance / Air Conditioning, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Preference given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in hospital facility or building maintenance.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Highly efficient with a proven ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience in handling both Corrective and Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Capable of managing technical complaints professionally when dealing with clients or end-upsers.
• Flexible and responsive, with the availability to handle emergency calls, overtime, and public holiday shifts as needed.
• Highly disciplined and capable of working effectively in a team with minimal supervision.
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
