Full Time General Ledger Analysis - Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in BCM ELECTRONICS CORPORATION SDN BHD Kedah - Maukerja

In this role, you'll be utilizing your technical accounting expertise to provide the following support:

1. Prepare, finalize, and reconcile general ledger, bank, and site accounts;

2. Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities;

3. Quarterly balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analysis;

4. Perform monthly expense variance analysis and provide explanations for significant movements;

5. Consolidation, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations, including foreign currency accounting;

6. Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with MFRS and compliance with internal policies;

7. Manage Fixed Assets accounting and Fixed Asset tagging;

8. Perform timely reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts and ensure outstanding items are properly followed up and cleared;

9. Prepare and submit tax returns for the company; and

10. Perform other ad-hoc functions as when required;

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline. ACCA qualification is an advantage, and MIA membership will be an added advantage;

2. Strong technical accounting background;

3. At least 1-2 years’ general ledger accounting experience is required;

4. Strong Microsoft Office experience preferred;

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

6. Team player and ability to work independently;

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels;

8. SST knowledge is required;

9. Ensuring a proper internal control setup and documentation on all working processes of the division are in place and followed;

10. Ability to perform the work with minimum supervision; and

11. Oracle R12 financial application experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
