The O2C Specialist drives the cash-inflow of the business by managing customer credit limits, billing, collections, and cash applications.

Job Description

• Billing & Invoicing: Generate and distribute accurate commercial invoices and credit notes to B2B or B2C customers.
• Cash Application: Match and apply daily incoming bank receipts to outstanding customer accounts.
• Credit Management: Review customer credit applications, assess financial risk, and recommend credit limits.
• Collections: Monitor aging reports and proactively contact customers to recover overdue debts.
• Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with sales and logistics departments to investigate and resolve customer billing disputes.

Educational Background & Pre-requisites

• Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Studies.

Working Experiences

• Required: 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), credit control, or collections.
• Required: Experience in handling multiple currencies, localized tax rules (like VAT/GST), and banking platforms.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
