Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
To prepare and generate invoices from the Billing System.
To ensure billing issue accuracy and delivered on time.
Check and verify all invoices approval timely.
Ensure documents with original tax invoices are sent to customers.
Administrative duties – Data entry and filling duties.
Any other assignments by the Management.
REQUIRMENTS
Candidate must possess minimum Diploma certification
Minimum two year experience
Team Player who has an eye for detail
Process Initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in English in Written and Spoken
