Job Summary
Assist the Agency operations team on the additonal support requirements and administration works .
Responsibilities
Oversee inbound and outbound shipment logistics for vessel spare parts to ensure timely delivery and operational readiness
Coordinate arrangements such as transfers & hotel rooms for non-joining crew members
Administer Singapore visa applications and verify entry documentation to comply with local authority regulations
Maintain the vendor tariff master file to ensure accurate and current pricing information
Maintain workplace discipline and protect sensitive corporate data from unauthorized disclosure
