We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is friendly, approachable and enjoys working with people

Is organised, responsible and detail-oriented

Communicates well in English

Is comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and basic computer work

Has a good eye for aesthetics and presentation

Can work independently and is willing to learn

Previous front desk, customer service or admin experience is a plus

Pilates/fitness knowledge is not required — we’ll train you!*

Your Role:

Welcome and assist clients

Manage bookings, enquiries and payments

Respond to clients via WhatsApp

Assist with daily studio operations and schedules

Communicate with instructors when needed

Keep the studio neat, organised and ready for classes

Assist with events, workshops and simple marketing tasks

Create basic Canva/CapCut content when required
