Full Time Construction Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Tang Yi Space Selangor - Maukerja

Experience in renovation, interior fit-out, construction or site coordination is preferred.

Able to communicate with contractors, suppliers and customers.

Responsible, organised and good at problem solving.

Able to read basic drawings and measurements.

Comfortable working at project sites.

Possess own transport.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Drive / Sheets or project management systems.

Coordinate contractors, installers, suppliers and site works.

Monitor project progress, timeline and workmanship.

Check site conditions and ensure work follows approved drawings and requirements.

Identify and follow up site issues, delays and defects.

Conduct QC inspection and defect checking.

Update project progress, site photos and records.

Coordinate rectification works until completion.

Prepare project for final customer handover.

Work closely with the internal planning and customer-facing team.

Report any additional work or scope changes before proceeding.
