Job Purpose

The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for driving B2B sales revenue by providing technical consultation, product demonstrations, and solution proposals to industrial and utility customers.

Education

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering

• Fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and expand existing accounts

• Achieve assigned sales targets aligned with company goals

2⃣ Technical Consultation & Solution Selling

• Understand customer applications and operational pain points

• Recommend suitable diagnostic and inspection solutions

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and site visits

3⃣ Account & Project Management

• Manage sales pipeline, quotations, and customer follow-ups

• Coordinate delivery, training, and after-sales support

• Build long-term customer relationships

4⃣ Market Intelligence & Brand Support

• Collect customer feedback and competitor intelligence
