Prepare and manage all import and export documentation, including Bills of Lading, shipping documents and related paperwork.

Coordinate freight forwarding activities for air, sea and land shipments.

Arrange transportation and other logistics requirements to ensure smooth cargo movement.

Liaise with customers, carriers, shipping lines, transporters and other logistics partners.

Monitor shipment progress and provide timely status updates.

Ensure shipping documentation is accurate and completed on time.

Handle day-to-day freight enquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.

Maintain proper shipment records and documentation.
