• Assist In general lab maintenance.
• Pipette/small equipment /Internal calibration/verification
• Pipette tips filling and topping up of all general consumables in lab
• Disposal of used assay plates and biological waste (autoclaving)
• Cleaning of vacuum aspirators
• Maintenance of CO2 incubator
• Perform weekend duties as required (facility check)
• Maintain Inventory such as general consumables, deep freezer Inventory, serum sample inventory, drug usage etc
• Participate to essay development for both ligand binding assay (ELISA or automated LBA) and cell based assay.
• Tube labelling
• Preparation of buffers and reagents
• Aliquoting of reagents, samples, etc
• Assist in data analysis and data compilation
• Assist in study data Preparation, documentation, printing and filling
