Able to communicate in Mandarin, as this role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.

At least 2- 3 years of working experience in Human Resources.

Familiar with Malaysian employment laws and basic payroll processes.

Responsible, organised and able to maintain confidentiality.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Able to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day HR matters.

Gain end-to-end recruitment exposure, from interview coordination to employee onboarding.

Build practical experience in managing employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.

Develop payroll knowledge by preparing monthly payroll information and coordinating with the Accounts Department.

Strengthen your HR documentation skills by preparing appointment, confirmation, promotion, warning and termination letters.

Gain exposure to employee benefits, performance reviews and training activities.

Work closely with Management and develop hands-on experience in employee relations and disciplinary matters.

Keep your HR knowledge current by ensuring company practices comply with Malaysian employment requirements.
