Job Details：

Position: Customer Service Executive
Language: Mandarin / Cantonese + English
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 24/7
Location: KL Sentral / Cyberjaya / Cheras / Ampang / Subang Jaya

Requirements：

• Minimum SPM qualification

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

• Customer-focused and professional

• Able to remain calm when handling customer issues

• Good attention to detail

• Customer service experience is an advantage

Job Responsibilities：

• Handle customer enquiries and service requests via phone, email, and live chat 

• Deliver professional and courteous service, ensuring timely and fair resolutions 

• Manage customer escalations by accurately recording, tracking, and resolving cases 

• Adhere strictly to documented workflows, call flows, system procedures, and data entry standards 

• Maintain accurate and complete customer records and documentation
