Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Executive to support sales activities, build and maintain customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets through effective coordination and negotiation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty
Respond promptly to customer enquiries by recommending suitable products or service solutions
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation to support sales processes
Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and customer requirements to advance sales cycles
Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines to close deals effectively
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives
Monitor customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records for reporting and analysis
Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports to track progress and inform strategy
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Attend customer meetings and deliver product or service presentations to support sales efforts
Address customer feedback and assist in resolving sales-related issues to enhance satisfaction
Support marketing activities, business development, and company sales initiatives to drive growth
