Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Education, Psychology, Business Management or related fields preferred)

  • Fluent in Mandarin; able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education, childcare, tuition centre or related management role

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Able to lead, coach and motivate a team of teachers

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • Passionate about children's education and development

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Smart Board, etc.)

  • Willing to learn, accept challenges and continuously improve

  • Able to work full-time and committed to long-term career growth

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the education centre.
  • Lead and support teachers to maintain teaching quality.
  • Ensure a safe, positive and effective learning environment for students.
  • Handle parent enquiries and feedback professionally.
  • Monitor students' progress and development.
  • Manage staff schedules and centre resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
  • Support staff recruitment, training and performance management.
  • Drive student enrolment, retention and parent satisfaction.
  • Monitor centre performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Organise centre activities and events.
  • Prepare reports and recommend operational improvements.
  • Work closely with management on centre development and new initiatives.
