Full Time Technician - Electrical/Automation Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Tyson Foods (Malaysia) Selangor - Maukerja

Proven experience as an Electrical/Automation Technician, with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Minimum SKM3 / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Strong understanding and practical experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and troubleshooting automation systems.

Proficiency in performing electrical maintenance on industrial machinery, including diagnosing and repairing faults in control systems.

Skilled in implementing and executing preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex electrical and automation issues efficiently.

Familiarity with various industrial machinery and their electrical/automation components.

   Assist in installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems, machinery and equipment.

  Identify and replace faulty electrical components such as sensors, PLCs, switches, circuit breakers and relays.

Highlight spare-part requirements to the supervisor or engineer through the required online process.

Assist with preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, conduits and fixtures.

Maintain records of repairs, inspections, audits and maintenance tasks.

Report maintenance findings and actively respond to and update the WhatsApp and Redzone applications as required.

Maintain clean and organised work areas in line with 5S requirements.

Follow safety protocols and participate in relevant safety activities.
