Responsibilities

• Multi-Outlet Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of all assigned outlets, ensuring smooth operations and consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Sales Performance & Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual outlet and overall retail sales targets. Monitor performance and introduce improvement plans where necessary.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and guide Outlet Supervisors and Sales Assistants. Conduct regular coaching, product training, performance reviews, and team engagement activities.
• Manpower Oversight: Ensure staffing arrangements across all outlets are properly managed by the respective supervisors. Monitor duty rosters, attendance, leave arrangements, and staff deployment to ensure smooth daily operations and adequate manpower coverage.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, replenishment, stock transfers, stock accuracy, and ageing inventory. Work closely with the procurement and relevant departments to minimise out-of-stock situations and stock discrepancies.
• Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards: Ensure all outlets maintain attractive displays, cleanliness, sufficient tester availability, appropriate product placement, and compliance with the company’s visual merchandising guidelines.
• Customer Experience Management: Maintain high customer service standards across all outlets. Handle escalated complaints and enquiries professionally while implementing measures to improve customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyse sales performance, conversion rates, average transaction value, stock movement, staffing costs, and other key retail KPIs. Prepare timely reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Outlet Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, pricing, promotional mechanics, cash-handling procedures, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Promotions & Campaign Execution: Coordinate and ensure the effective implementation of product launches, promotions, festive campaigns, and marketing initiatives across all outlets.
• Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated on product features, new launches, promotions, and market trends. Ensure retail teams receive sufficient knowledge and training to confidently assist customers.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the Warehouse, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations teams to address retail needs and ensure smooth execution.
• Market Analysis: Monitor customer preferences, and retail trends, and recommend strategies to strengthen the company’s market position.
• New Outlet Support: Assist with site preparation, manpower coordination, stock allocation, outlet setup, and opening activities for new outlets when required.
• Events & Pop-Up Support: Plan and support in-store events, roadshows, pop-ups, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, foot traffic, and sales.

Requirements

• Degree in Retail Management / Business Management / Marketing or any relevant field.
• A great team player.
• Possess good leadership and organization skills.
• Have at least 5 years experience in handling retail/event.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
