Full Time Electrical Project Engineer – Switchgear Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Simosynergy Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical panel/switchboard design, engineering, or a similar role will be an advantage.

Proficient in AutoCAD and/or EPLAN with the ability to streamline drafting processes for efficiency.

Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in reading, interpreting, and understanding electrical schematics, electrical control systems, switchboard components, and electrical engineering design principles.

Basic understanding of electronics and control systems is required.

Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify issues and solve technical problems.

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment, train subordinates with a training plan, and conduct evaluation follow-up.

Eager to learn together with your team and continuously improve technical knowledge and engineering skills, and write out standard procedures.

Location : Selangor (Jenjarom, Banting)

Act as the primary project coordinator for technical and engineering requirements related to switchgear production and manufacturing processes.

Assist the Engineering Manager and Project Manager in matters relating to the design and development of switchgear electrical engineering, including the training plan and evaluation.

Coordinate with the Production Department and subcontractors to monitor manufacturing and production progress in accordance with approved engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Assist the QA/QC Inspector in conducting quality inspections related to engineering requirements, including LV & HV compartment wiring functional tests, and identifying any deviations from switchgear product specifications.

Prepare and update shop drawings and as-built drawings for switchgear fabrication and manufacturing.

Conduct on-site installation inspections and service/repair works and prepare functionality reports for any deviations from the approved switchgear engineering drawings.

Coordinate and implement changes to switchgear production specifications with minimal disruption to the manufacturing process while ensuring project deadlines are met.

Verify all switchgear shop drawings and as-built drawings before submission to the Engineering Manager for approval.

Ensure compliance with all applicable IEC and ISO standards, policies, procedures, work instructions, and other relevant requirements established under the Company's Quality Management System (QMS).

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager or Engineering Manager.
