Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and management of the clinic, including maintaining operational order, managing appointment scheduling, and optimizing client reception and service workflows.

• Lead and manage the clinic team, including staff scheduling, training, performance tracking, and fostering a positive team culture.

• Drive the achievement of sales and service targets, cultivate client relationships, and improve both return-visit rates and client satisfaction.

• Assist the head office in executing marketing campaigns, upholding brand standards, and implementing operational protocols.

• Manage inventory, basic accounting, and operational reporting to ensure the clinic operates in a compliant and organized manner.

• Gather client feedback and market insights to support service improvements and business decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Proven skills in team leadership, sales target management, and client service.

• Detail-oriented and highly responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior experience in a TCM clinic or the health and wellness sector is preferred.

• Must be available to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
