Full Time AI-First System Analyst Jobs, in ISoftstone Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI-First System Analyst to help design AI-enabled workflows for product and HTS classification. You will work with business teams and technical teams to define requirements, support system integration, and validate AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and document workflows, business rules and approval processes.
• Define AI Agent requirements, including prompts, data inputs and outputs, human review and exception handling.
• Analyse data flows and integration needs across Oracle GTM, PLM, BOM, document management systems and the AI platform.
• Prepare test scenarios and support SIT, UAT and production deployment.
• Validate AI outputs with business SMEs and help resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate with business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience with enterprise projects, requirements gathering and process analysis.
• Able to prepare BRDs, FDDs, user stories and process flows.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

• Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is highly preferred. Microsoft Copilot Studio or Microsoft Foundry experience is also valuable.
• Experience with AI Agents, Generative AI, chatbots, workflow automation or IDP.
• Background in Oracle GTM, trade compliance, customs, product classification, supply chain or PLM.
• Familiarity with RAG, prompt engineering, API integration, data mapping, BPMN or Visio.
