Handle clients inquiries and provide information;
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents;
Process clients orders and follow up;
Coordinate with logistics teams;
Maintain clients records and update sales databases;
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting;
Follow up on payments and assist in account reconciliation;
Maintain good relationships with clients and respond to requests promptly;
Assist in preparing sales reports and monthly summaries;
Perform other duties assigned by management.
