Full Time Tea Barista - Senior Tea Barista Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in CHAGEE SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Prepare and serve CHAGEE beverages according to standard recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality for every order.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and process customer orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tea bar, equipment, utensils, and overall outlet environment.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties, including preparation of ingredients and beverage stations.
• Ensure all ingredients are properly prepared, stored, labelled, and maintained according to food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counting, stock replenishment, and wastage control.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak hours.
• Support promotional campaigns, new product launches, and other operational activities as required.

Requirements:

• Passionate about tea and the F&B industry.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous barista experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
