Full Time Beauty Trainer Jobs, in Esthetics International Group (EIG) Selangor - Maukerja

Candidate must possess at least CIBTAC / CIDESCO certificate or relevant discipline.

At least 2-3 years’ related experience, preferably those from beauty / skin care industry

Good communication and people skill

Good complexion

Computer literate

Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively during weekends when required

Able to speak and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

To conduct training to dealers and provide support to achieve company goals.

To work closely with other education team members to define the learning objective, method and training materials.

To deliver technical training and product training as per schedule at HQ office.

To coach and guide dealers’ staff on both skill and retail training at dealer outlets.

To evaluate the effectiveness of training delivered and follow up on post-training.

To support promotional roadshow and company’s events from time to time.
