Must have good Chinese speaking, listening and writing skills, and be able to communicate in Chinese and handle work-related documents.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCount software.

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsible, able to work independently, and a good team player.

Basic experience in administration or sales support will be an advantage.

Experience in automotive sales or administration will be an added advantage.

Able to work on a 6-day work week.

Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation.

Attend to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls or other communication channels.

Assist the sales team with quotations, orders and customer follow-ups.

Enter and update customer information, order details and related records.

Use AutoCount to process invoices, documents and perform basic system operations.

Assist in arranging customer appointments and following up on work progress.

Assist with daily company operations and other administrative tasks.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
